About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at The Hoxton Shepherd's Bush.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure guest rooms are cleaned to brand standards and are well presented and maintained.
  • Report any maintenance defects in guest rooms and public areas through KnowCross.
  • Adhere to all brand standards and quality audit standards.
  • Clean and maintain public areas, including exterior areas of the hotel.
  • Oversee the delivery and collection of linen and terry on a daily basis.
  • Stock linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and in stores.
  • Ensure guest floors are clean and well maintained at all times.
  • Assist with other tasks to support the housekeeping team as required.

Requirements

  • High level of verbal and written communication skills and competent computer skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Keen on the details and ensuring our rooms are to the highest standards for our guests.
