Regional Delivery Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Regional Delivery Associate to join our team in Darlington. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while ensuring timely and efficient parcel delivery across various locations.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-drop parcel delivery, with a proven track record of reliability and punctuality. You will be working independently, managing your own routes and schedules, and maintaining regular communication with depot management and customers.
In this role, you will utilize a company-provided van and scanner to efficiently deliver and collect parcels. Your daily tasks will include loading, inspecting, securing, and delivering parcels, ensuring a seamless and prompt delivery experience for our customers.
Requirements- A minimum of 6-months recent Parcel Multi Drop Delivery experience
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence with a maximum of 6-points (There are exclusions for some codes)
- Able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK as we do not provide foreign sponsorship
- Have a minimum of 6-months parcel multi-drop experience
- Have experience of using a hand-held scanner
- Demonstrate a good knowledge of the local area
- Be capable and comfortable driving a van of transit size or LWB
- Has a positive attitude, consistently reliable, and maintains professionalism
- Punctual and dependable are crucial attributes as they are essential for meeting delivery schedules
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, and the occasional Saturday
