Professional Upholsterer

EVO Personnel is currently looking for a highly skilled Professional Upholsterer to repair and restore furniture to its original condition. This involves applying high-quality materials such as leather, fabric, or vinyl to create beautiful and long-lasting pieces.

• Assemble and disassemble furniture components to prepare them for upholstery work.
• Craft and sew various upholstery materials to cover furniture pieces.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and attach materials.
• Transport and position heavy furniture pieces safely during the upholstery process.
• Inspect final products to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Prior experience in upholstery or a similar role in a warehouse environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and skill to operate hand tools and power tools efficiently.
• Proficiency in crafting and sewing upholstery materials to achieve exceptional results.
• Ability to safely lift heavy furniture pieces during the upholstery process.

This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of £16.50 per hour, reflecting the value we place on your expertise and skills. The expected weekly hours are 38, providing a stable and rewarding work-life balance.
