Help Desk Operations Specialist

We are seeking a talented Help Desk Analyst to join our Technology team at Air Partner Group. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will provide exceptional customer support to our clients, ensuring that their technology needs are met and their experience is positive.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolves technical issues and provides solutions to clients.

About You:
