Carlsberg Marston's Brewing Company is one of the leading brewers in the UK, with a rich history spanning over 300 years. We are currently seeking an Operations Engineering Manager to join our facilities team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our brewery facilities, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently. They will also be responsible for implementing new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including product allowance, bonus scheme, access to 24/7 GP services, company pension contribution, generous holiday entitlement, and high street discounts.

In this role, you will report directly to the U&E Manager and be responsible for managing a team of engineers to maintain and improve our brewery processes. You will work closely with the engineering team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
