About the Role:The AV Technician is responsible for setting up and operating audio-visual systems to ensure flawless event execution. You'll work directly with clients and support teams to troubleshoot issues, maintain equipment, and exceed guest expectations at each event.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Operation: Prepare, test, and operate AV equipment, ensuring efficient setup and teardown for events.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues quickly and professionally, with a keen eye for detail.
- Customer Service: Provide top-notch service, interacting positively with clients to fulfill their needs and enhance their event experience.
- Systems Management: Follow established procedures, accurately complete paperwork, and maximize revenue through floor up-selling techniques.
- Team Collaboration: Work independently and as part of a larger team on complex projects, maintaining clear communication with internal and external partners.
