About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for an established Commercial Account Executive to join a recognised player in the Scottish market. The brokerage offers a unique chance to inherit a quality client portfolio, with a strong focus on client relationships and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a range of clients across various industries, including tech, life sciences, hospitality, property, transport/distribution, charities, and construction
  • Benefit from thorough client introductions and ongoing mentoring from senior directors
  • Work closely with an established Scottish team of handlers, placement brokers, and claims specialists to deliver exceptional client service
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the brokerage's client portfolio

What We Offer

  • A base salary of between £45k and £65k, depending on experience
  • A long-term incentive plan with the potential for a 6-figure bonus in as early as 2026
  • A hybrid or remote working arrangement, with flexibility to work from home or in the office
