About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our housekeeping team as a Cloakroom Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness in all guest and public areas, including the cloakroom, bedrooms, restaurants, bars, and spa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the cloakroom area is organized and tidy at all times
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel
  • Assist with laundry and uniform facilities as needed
