About the Role

Premises Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Supervisor to join their team in the Water Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of water infrastructure projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of site teams to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that they are within budget and that any variances are reported and addressed promptly.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as necessary.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Supervisor or equivalent in the Water Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of water industry pipework, including Polyethylene and Ductile iron pipework.
  • Experience of working on large-scale infrastructure projects, including temporary works at depths up to 7m deep.
  • Supervisory experience, including the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Relevant certifications, such as SSSTS or SMSTS, and National Water Hygiene tickets.

Premises Recruitment Ltd offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a salary of £60k-£70k+package, depending on previous experience.
