Main Responsibilities- Prescribe medications and provide clinical advice to patients
- Manage minor illnesses and long-term conditions, providing expert care and guidance
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver safe and effective patient care
- Drive innovation and modernization in clinical practice, ensuring high levels of staff and patient satisfaction
- Undergraduate degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
- Independent prescribing qualification
- Ability to apply effective clinical judgment in prioritization and decision-making
- Previous general practice experience is desirable

What We Offer- Annual salary of up to £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience
