About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead our existing Purchasing team and drive ongoing expansion.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimising our supply chain for efficiency and cost effectiveness, while ensuring alignment with our commitment to ESG principles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in supply chain management, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in optimising processes and driving efficiency.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day management and support within our busy Purchasing function, including analysis of supply chain metrics.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies and process improvements to enhance supply chain capabilities and reduce environmental impact.
  • Develop supply chain contingency plans and implement supply chain risk management programs.
  • Demand forecasting and inventory planning.
  • Supplier relationship and performance management, including negotiation.
  • Collaboration with the in-house supply chain team, including Research and Development, Product Design, QA, and Sales.
