What You Will Be Doing

You will oversee and coordinate the delivery of high-quality nursing care and clinical services, ensuring the day-to-day operations of your unit run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delegating tasks to nurses working in the unit and coordinating with other teams
  • Monitoring service users' conditions and responding to changes
  • Supervising team members and providing guidance and support
  • Making critical decisions regarding service user assignments, staff scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Liaising with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals, promoting effective communication and collaboration

  • A relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration

Located in the picturesque town of Guiseley on the outskirts of Leeds, our facility is surrounded by beautiful countryside and offers easy access to local amenities.

We provide 9-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation and 12-bed High Dependency Inpatient Rehabilitation units, with modern facilities including exercise studios, hair and beauty salons, and wheelchair-accessible communal living spaces.
