This involves working closely with the SHE Manager to ensure compliance with regulations and facilitate discussion with senior-level stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have previous environmental experience, ideally gained within a manufacturing environment, and up-to-date knowledge of environmental legislation.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a site environmental strategy: including compliance processes and procedures.
- Influence and educate: develop managers' knowledge and drive key outputs of the Bradgate Environmental Management System.
- Collaborate with the SHE Manager: grow a positive environmental culture.
- Foster relationships: with the Environment Agency, customers, local community, and wider Group.
A competitive salary of £58,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered, along with a range of exceptional benefits, including enhanced pension schemes and private health insurance.
