We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to lead our Treatments Commercial team. As a key member of our Commercial function, you will be responsible for the commercial delivery of our £200m+ annual projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Quantity Surveyors to deliver commercial excellence across our treatment programme.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability.
  • Provide commercial leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver their roles.
  • Collaborate with other Commercial teams to ensure a cohesive and effective commercial function.
  • Manage and report on commercial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Relevant quantity surveying and management experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and implement commercial strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
