About the Role

Undisclosed is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Dermatology Service as an Apprentice Nurse. In this role, you will be working closely with our specialist nurses to provide assessment, treatment planning, and advice for patients with dermatological conditions.

You will be responsible for working in various community settings, including patients' homes, clinics, GP practices, and nursing homes, to deliver excellent dermatology care. Our team is passionate about making a real difference in our community, and we are looking for someone who shares our vision.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with dermatological conditions, working under the guidance of specialist nurses.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to ensure effective patient care.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
  • Participate in mentorship and training to develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of our service, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
Requirements
  • NMC Registered Nurse (Level 1)
  • Experience of working in a community setting
