Job Title: Probation Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled Probation Coach to join our dynamic team in Dyfed/Powys. As a Probation Coach, you will be responsible for working with individuals who have been forwarded by their probation officer to receive help, advice and guidance.

About the Role:
You will assess and plan tailored interventions, collaborate with various partners, maintain accurate records, and contribute to out-of-hours support services. This role involves a mix of office-based work and home working, with opportunities to meet clients face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing individual needs and planning interventions
- Collaborating with partners to provide holistic support
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to out-of-hours services
