Job Summary:

WR Logistics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freight and Shipping Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process shipping documents, including customs declarations and commercial invoices.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking numbers and delivery status.
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers to provide updates on shipment status and resolve any issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis to optimize logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations with other business functions.
Requirements:
  • Experience in air or sea freight, preferably with a UK-based freight forwarder.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
