Lead Primary Educator

The role of Lead Primary Educator is to deliver high-quality lessons based on the KS1 or KS2 national curriculum at a highly successful primary school in Hackney. This involves planning and teaching engaging lessons across various subjects, including Maths, English, Music, and Physical Education.
We are seeking an experienced teacher with a passion for education to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a primary school setting and be able to create ideal learning conditions for students of all abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and teach engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve student outcomes
- Safeguard children's well-being and provide a safe environment for learning
- Utilize technology effectively to enhance the learning experience
Our school is part of one of the top 5 performing trusts in the country for progress in reading, writing, and maths. We aim high and expect high standards of behaviour and academic effort from all our pupils.
In partnership with parents, we strive to provide a caring environment where each child's achievements are valued and rewarded. Our salary for this role is estimated to be £35,000-£45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
