About the Job:

We are seeking a Process Improvement Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving process improvements across the organization. They will work closely with our production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to meet customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis: Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement process changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to production staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that process changes are understood and implemented correctly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Quality Engineering / Assurance role in a relevant manufacturing industry.
  • HND / BTEC / NVQ Level 4 in Engineering or Quality.
  • Good working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
  • Experience of CI Methodologies (5S, LSS etc).
  • Ability to write and submit Quality reports and familiar in Material Review Board (MRB) processes.

Benefits:

  • Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
