AJ Bell Management Limited is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategy Lead to join our dynamic marketing team in London. We're looking for a knowledgeable individual who has 5 years+ experience of working in a CRM / Data role and can lead on the development and deployment of CRM strategy, turning insight into action, and creating a clear link between Marketing inputs and team outputs that deliver both customer and commercial benefit.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a sociable and welcoming team, working with some great leaders within the financial industry. The Marketing Strategy Lead will oversee the execution of our strategy: managing complex, trigger-based, automated lifecycle journeys using Email Marketing tools and/or Marketing Automation technology.

We are offering a salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including starting holiday entitlement of 27 days, increasing up to 31 days with length of service, a choice of pension schemes with matched contributions up to 8%, and discretionary bonus scheme.

The Marketing Strategy Lead will work closely with the marketing team to gain a comprehensive understanding of the broader marketing strategy, while ensuring an in-depth understanding of the key objectives and deliverables of the seasonal campaign plan. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building close working relationships with our marketing platform vendor (Bloomreach)
  • Working in partnership with the Head of Strategic Planning on strategy to improve Bloomreach capability

As a self-motivator and good communicator, you will have the ability to manage, prioritise and delegate work to junior team members, and support the business to achieve its regulatory requirements, including consumer duty.
