Personal Assistant to Director

Gleeson Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a Leadership Team member.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling international travel and preparing detailed itineraries for visiting stakeholders.
  • Organize weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings, including agenda planning, meeting governance, minute taking, and following up on actions.
  • Prepare documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations, and manage various weekly and monthly projects.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting organization.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as a team administrator, Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant.
  • Exceptional written and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages and Microsoft Teams.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work on your own initiative and be honest and reliable.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines.
  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
