The thriving Drama department is seeking an individual who shares their passion for igniting a love of performance and creative expression in students across all year groups. As a leading drama educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of drama education at this esteemed institution.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and stimulating Drama lessons to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement a comprehensive Drama curriculum that aligns with national standards, directing and mentoring extracurricular Drama productions, and providing guidance and support to students, fostering their personal and academic growth.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you should possess a recognized Drama qualification (QTS or equivalent), solid experience teaching Drama at KS3, KS4, and KS5 levels, a passion for igniting creativity and inspiring students through the art of drama, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive and supportive school environment.

A Competitive Salary
