Job Title: Staff Nurse - Neuro Rehabilitation

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Neuro Rehabilitation team at West Berkshire Community Hospital. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with neurological conditions, such as stroke, head injuries, and multiple sclerosis.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering evidence-based nursing care to patients, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes. You will be expected to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, as well as teach and supervise more junior staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to patients with neurological conditions
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse - part 1
  • Current NMC registration
  • Evidence of recent continuous professional development
