Job Opportunity: Sales Executive
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our busy Sales department at Lloyd Motor Group. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in maximising volume of profitable sales with a world-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Understand and adapt to the customers' buying strategy and encourage them to experience the product through test drives.
- Delivery and Follow-up: Ensure that each delivery is completed to the highest standard, followed up with a personal phone call to check that the customer is happy with their purchase.
- Sales Activity Planning: Plan and organise own daily sales activity, including telephoning sales prospects to obtain new business.
- Training and Development: Positively participate in training and development opportunities to assist the Group in achieving its aims and objectives.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain good, accurate quality of work and attention to detail.
- Adaptability: React positively to organisational and market changes.
- IT Literacy: Be IT literate (PC, Microsoft and web literate), and hold a full UK driving licence.
Working Hours and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary, company car, 30 days holiday a year (inclusive of Bank Holidays), plus an extra day off on your birthday, cycle to work scheme, and internal and manufacturer training.
