Job Summary:

Core Technical is seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking scheduled Planned Maintenance and reactive requirements at various sites across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance within assigned buildings by required attendance dates.
  • Update legal compliance documentation via a tablet to a high standard.
  • Provide job/quote updates to satisfy the internal CAFM system, providing live updates to clients.
  • Manage time, workload, and communicate with lead engineer on a frequent basis.
  • Participate in a callout rota after a successful probation period.
  • Work reasonable overtime to satisfy contracts, including AC/Fan Coil/Distribution board ppm, which can only be serviced OOH due to occupancy.

Necessary Skills:

  • Extensive experience in General Building services.
  • Electrical competence.
  • Industry-relevant, recognized qualifications.
  • Carry out repairs/replacement of plant, fixtures, and fittings as required.
  • Carry out servicing and repairs of onsite plant, fixtures, and fittings.
  • Organize various housekeeping tasks and arrangements.
  • Good communication and basic understanding of IT.
  • Willingness to work overtime regularly to satisfy contracts.
