**About the Role:**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Apprentice Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Fawkes and Reece. As a key member of our Senior Site staff, you will play a critical role in delivering our residential development projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and high-quality work delivery.
  2. Assist in the planning and execution of internal fit outs, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  3. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least 3 years' experience working on residential development projects.
  • SMSTS certification.
  • CSCS card.
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
