About the RoleAs a Costa Barista, you will enjoy making coffee that provides uplifting moments for our customers. You will work with sustainably sourced beans and velvety milk coffee, topped with your signature art, and delivered with a smile. The role involves crafting great coffee, serving customers with a smile, soaking up knowledge about Costa products, and working with your team to maintain health & safety and cleanliness across the store.
The Ideal CandidateA passion for coffee and people is just the start of what we are looking for. We want someone with a positive outlook, can-do attitude, and bags of personality. They should have excellent communication skills to strike up conversations with customers daily, a hard-working attitude, and multi-tasking skills.
