As an experienced facilities maintenance technician, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of critical environments.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with a focus on HVAC systems. You should also have previous experience of working in a similar environment, such as a data centre or corporate banking site.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of Mechanical City & Guilds qualifications or equivalent, along with a proven track record of maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

We offer a competitive salary package, ranging from £46,000 to £49,000 per annum, plus a 10% annual bonus. In addition to a basic salary, you will also receive private healthcare, life assurance, pension, and gym membership benefits.
