Our estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

This role involves:

• Implementing and governing new Compliance Surveillance AI tools.
• Reconciling large data sets and presenting findings to senior management.
• Leading testing and refinement of quarterly surveillance lexicon and results for model risk governance.
• Building relationships across lines of business and within compliance to enhance the compliance surveillance program.
• Developing key metrics and dashboard reporting for system health and participant reconciliation.
