Job Description

Epsilon's Digital Media Solutions practice is seeking a highly motivated Technical Integration Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Integration Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions to support the integration of large online companies into our system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop technical solutions to meet business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.
  • Provide technical support and escalation support to troubleshoot 3rd party discrepancy investigations, ad rendering issues, delivery issues, and website tagging issues.
  • Train and communicate technical topics to both technical and non-technical multinational audiences.
  • Identify and assist in developing enhancement opportunities and best practices across the enterprise.
  • Work with internal and external cross teams globally, including engineering, analytics, account management, product management, and sales.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong attention to detail and track record delivering high-quality results.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills, adept at researching and resolving complex and unknown issues.
  • Strong command of SQL.
  • Intermediate level of programming skills with hands-on experience with JavaScript and HTML.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and tools such as Chrome Debugger and HTTP Proxy applications such as Charles/Fiddler Proxy.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as BASH, Python, and PHP, and experience in mobile app development is a plus.
