Job Description

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineering Associate Director to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our cities and environments.

As a Mechanical Engineering Associate Director, you will be responsible for leading and directing teams who undertake technical design work, following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels. You will define briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals, and successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes.

What you can bring

We are looking for a Chartered or Fellow Mechanical Engineer with experience in owning design delivery, including multidisciplinary design. You should have comprehensive knowledge in mechanical equipment, such as pumps, blowers, screens, and chemical dosing plant, as well as a deep understanding of current UK design standards and working practices.
