Senior Relief Worker

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Relief Worker to join our team at Turning Point Scotland. As a Senior Relief Worker, you will work with individuals who have complex support needs, providing them with practical and emotional support to achieve their personal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised support to adults with a wide range of needs, either on a 1:1 basis or alongside others and as part of a team.
- Work with individuals to identify and achieve their personal outcomes, including keeping safe, meaningful activities, community involvement, physical health, relationships, emotional health and wellbeing.
- Use an asset-based approach to help increase an individual's self-awareness, self-esteem and confidence.
- Support individuals to develop skills and learning, and to put these into practice to sustain their recovery and offending behaviour.
- Work collaboratively with other health and social work professionals, advocacy services and family and friends to provide person-centred support.
Requirements:
- IT skills are required for all our vacancies.
- Where applicable, successful candidates will be required to register with the SSSC within 6 months of start date.
