Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying opportunities to promote customer satisfaction, and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure that vehicles are collected, repaired, and returned to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify opportunities to promote customer satisfaction, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure that customer needs are met.
  • Work with colleagues to ensure that vehicles are collected, repaired, and returned to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of collaboration and customer focus.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills, with the ability to use software applications and systems.
  • Valid UK driving license, with the ability to drive a variety of vehicles.
