Are you a seasoned professional looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a Model Development Specialist to join our Decision Science team at Bank of Ireland.

This hybrid role will be based in either Dublin or Bristol, with occasional travel required for in-person collaboration. The estimated salary for this position is approximately €100,000-€135,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a Model Development Specialist, you'll play a critical role in developing and maintaining Credit Risk models, focusing on decision-making, IRB, and IFRS 9. To succeed, you'll need advanced experience in SAS or a similar programming language, data risk management expertise, and previous credit risk/IRB/IFRS9/stress testing modelling experience.

You'll work closely with our team to ensure output compliance with internal and regulatory requirements, using your analytical skills to drive model development and remediation efforts.
