Chef de Cuisine Leader

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Chef de Cuisine Leader to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced chefs and contributing to the development of our menu offerings.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading kitchen teams and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Estimated salary: £38,000 - £43,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the highest quality ingredients.
  • Collaborate with the catering team to plan and prepare special events and functions.
  • Maintain accurate records of kitchen inventory, supplies, and labor costs.
Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of experienced chefs in preparing meals for up to 1000 people, 7 days a week.
  • Maintaining high-quality food standards and adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Developing and implementing effective kitchen procedures to ensure efficient meal preparation and delivery.
