About the Role

This leading healthcare organization in mental health, addiction, and substance misuse is seeking an ambitious Doctor to head up their medical practice overseeing clinical work with a multidisciplinary team of professionals. As the Medical Lead, you will work collaboratively to promote effective leadership, provide clinical guidance, and be involved in the operational management of the service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the multidisciplinary team
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical services to patients with substance misuse issues
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways
  • Contribute to the development of the organization's strategic plan
