Senior Night Care Assistant Opportunity

This challenging yet rewarding role requires a highly motivated and caring individual to join our care team. As a Senior Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the unique needs of our residents are met, enabling us to deliver quality care and support.

You will work closely with our clinical team, providing expert support and guidance to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained. This includes supervising a team of Care Assistants, supporting with medication administration, and contributing to resident care planning.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent leadership skills, a patient approach, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care. We offer a competitive salary: £14,980 per annum, plus a £500 welcome bonus, and numerous opportunities for career development.
