Mixology Expert

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to enhance the San Diego experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of bartending practices. You will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages while ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain a clean and organised bar area will be key to your success in this role.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, assisting with stock management as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and customer service standards.

• Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and food safety practices.
• Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
