About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Process and Quality Engineer to join our team in Tewkesbury, GBR. This role will be responsible for manufacturing non-conformances processing, supporting process improvements, contributing to process development through PFMEA and Control Plans, developing inspection plans, facilitating Measurement System Analysis studies, and performing Process Capability studies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and resolve manufacturing non-conformances efficiently.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
  3. Develop and implement effective quality systems and processes.
  4. Create and maintain accurate documentation for quality systems and processes.
  5. Analyze and improve measurement systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  6. Evaluate process capability and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in quality, experience in APQP processes, aerospace or automotive industry knowledge, and experience in RCCA methodologies.
