We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Payroll Administrator to join our team in Huddersfield.

This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge of payroll administration in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process monthly payroll, including calculations for overtime, sick leave, maternity leaves, holiday payments, paternity leave, and maintaining payroll policies and procedures.
  • Address and resolve payroll queries, working closely with Payroll/HR managers on month end and year end processes.
  • Prepare annual P11D forms for HMRC submissions, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
Requirements:
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of Payroll experience, with advanced Microsoft skills and experience with month and year end processes.
  • Strong organisational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Desirable: relevant qualifications.
