**Job Title:** Child Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Child Development Specialist to join our team at Networker Global Limited. As a key member of our social work team, you will play a vital role in making a positive impact on the lives of children and families.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child development frameworks and be able to assess and respond to individual needs. They will also possess excellent communication skills to work effectively with children, families, and professionals.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual to make a real difference in the North West of England. We offer a competitive salary of **£38,000 - £42,000 per annum**, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and professional training opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Conduct thorough assessments of children and families in line with legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Identify and provide appropriate support and interventions for children, young people, and families.
  • Work collaboratively with partners to deliver services and support tailored to individual needs.

**What You'll Need:*

  • Social Work qualification with professional registration.
  • A strong understanding of child development and family support frameworks.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with children, families, and professionals.
