About the Role

We are seeking a newly qualified Registered Nurse to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a preceptee nurse, you will be part of our Preceptorship Academy, which provides 12 months of expert support, training, and supervision to help you apply your academic knowledge in real-life situations.

You will work 40 hours per week (12 hour shifts) at Gregory House, where you will help people with enhanced levels of support through their recovery pathway to lead as fulfilling and independent life as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive team environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
