Director of Identity and Access Management

We are seeking a seasoned Director to spearhead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) practice within our Cyber Security team. This exciting opportunity will see you develop and enhance our IAM strategy, drive sales opportunities, and foster relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an IAM strategy to meet market demand and client needs
  • Lead on sales opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Foster relationships with IAM alliance partners and drive collaboration
  • Work with the IAM capability leadership to strengthen our team of cyber security resources
  • Determine people requirements to meet business needs
Requirements:
  • Experience in the Financial Services sector and at senior level as an IAM Lead and Consultant
  • Commercial awareness and industry relationships
  • Technical security knowledge and experience in IAM
  • Understanding of risk management in a professional services environment
