We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading by example, demonstrating exceptional service standards, and consistently exceeding activity targets.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Delight customers through strong relationships, market-leading customer care, and delivery of high-quality teachers and support staff.
  2. Proactively build and develop your own candidate database and match them to the right roles (permanent or temporary).
  3. Act as a subject matter expert in education recruitment, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
