Gecko Travel Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our trip content is engaging, visually appealing, and showcases the products in the most compelling way possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate commercial terms and ensure all partners are contracted
  • Procure captivating and inspiring media, including images and video content
  • Build long-lasting relationships with our partners
  • Continuously analyse customer demand patterns and market trends while ensuring that trips align with the brand standards and desired experience levels
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' travel industry experience in a product management role from the touring sector (essential)
  • A solid understanding of commercial competitiveness, pricing, and margins
  • Proficiency using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Drive
  • Strong insight of net rates, commissionable rates, markups, markdowns, and the various pricing models used in the industry
