**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation/Payroll and Benefits Officer to join our team in the City of London office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering first-class administrative support to the payroll team, including payroll, compensation, and benefits activities.

  • Manage overseas payrolls (Denmark, Sweden, Netherlands) and reconcile payroll data from these offices.
  • Assist the payroll manager on UK in-house payrolls (headcount 800) and provide data entry support for new starters, leavers, and transfers.
  • Support statutory calculations (Tax, NI, SMP, SSP) and benefits administration (new starters, leavers, and transfers).
  • Reconcile benefits membership data to records and create payroll reports as required.
  • Handle annual audit requests and serve as a point of contact for complex queries.

**Requirements**

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in payroll administration, Microsoft Excel, attention to detail, and accuracy. Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
