Lettings Valuer Opportunity

We are working with a highly respected estate agency to find an experienced Lettings Valuer to join their team.

The successful candidate will be offered:

  • Basic salary: Up to £28,000
  • Overtime: £40,000 - £45,000
  • Bonus scheme
  • Great holiday package
  • Training and support

Working hours:

  • Mondays to Fridays: 08:30 - 18:00
  • Saturdays: 09:00 - 17:00

Requirements:

  • Experience in generating market appraisals
  • Experience in winning instructions
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

As a Lettings Valuer, your role will include:

  • Winning instructions
  • Generating new business
  • Prospecting new business daily
  • Driving the branch forward to increase market share
  • Developing relationships with tenants and landlords
