Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Support Representative to join our team in London. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing first-line diagnostic and troubleshooting support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise to answer customer questions and troubleshoot issues
  • Utilize our support ticketing system to respond to incoming support tickets and track progress
  • Document all issues and resolutions to maintain accurate records
  • Communicate effectively with customers during the problem resolution process
Requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
