The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in acoustics, with a degree in a relevant field and significant experience in a similar role. They will also have a full UK driving license and a proven track record of working on education sector projects, including schools, universities, and colleges.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting noise modeling work using software such as CadnaA and ODEON, as well as environmental noise assessments and surveys. They will also be involved in building acoustics, sound insulation testing, and preparing technical reports. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role, as is membership of the Institute of Acoustics (IoA).
