Job Overview:

Job Summary:

This role involves providing individualised support to students, assisting teachers in lesson preparation, and creating a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one assistance to students with varying abilities and needs.
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
  • Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.

Requirements:

  • An Enhanced DBS or the willingness to obtain one.
  • A genuine passion for education and a desire to work with children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required.
  • A positive and proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
